To be granted the exemption, a student must provide a letter from their school confirming the dates of their enrolment and the language of instruction at the school. |
If you don’t meet the English language requirements then you may wish to enrol in an intensive English language course. The Christchurch College of English Language (CCEL) is based on campus at the University of Canterbury and offer a range of programmes that pathway students direct to UCIC and the University of Canterbury. In partnership with Christchurch College of English (CCEL), UC International College (UCIC) is excited to be offering a free online English language test preparation course for international NZ high school leavers who want to progress into tertiary study in February 2025.
*Any NCEA school leaver and any UCIC 2025 offer holder is eligible to join this course.
